Now that is clear that Durant and Draymond are both out, line dropped by 5 points and I just don't agree with this. GSW is by all means still huge favourite and they can still cover -15 easily, but more importantly it will be less intense gameplay with Draymond out. Durant missing also means more shots for Curry and Clay and they can drop 60+ alone.
Chicago will also try to keep up with GSW, as they should not like teams starting to rest players against them at this point of the season already.
IMO the old line of 215,5 is a correct one during these circumstances.

Bamberg with Trinchieri does not like to run and they usually see no point of doing that at home, too. They prefer slower tempo, but against teams like Barcelona or Olimpia you sometimes don't get a chance to play at your own tempo or the result forces to up the tempo.
Valencia can run, but I already wrote this season - they prefer not to do it away. They lost three games in a row and I presume the first thing they will try to fix is defense. Last two games they lost against Barca and they were already much more active defensively in the second one.

Playable to 151, if you can get the same line without OT, it's very valuable. 

Blazers had rough last days, losing to Nets and Grizzlies in the final seconds. Nuggets on the other hand had a great week, winning against Magic, Thunder and Nets, all at home. 
Lillard had 2 bad games in a row, shooting only 11/32 combined, he will surely have extra motivation to step up. Nurkic should also have additional motivation as always against Nuggets and Jokic. Portland needs this win more and I believe they will take it. They are kind of underrated due to last few games results only.

 

Lakers are b2b after the loss to Boston. But for now I will take all handicaps more than 10 on Lakers, as Luke Walton does a good job with them and they never give up easily and even losing they stay composed and will rarely lose big.Thus far they lost only 2 games with 11+ points. 
Wall may want to destroy Ball, because he kind of failed to do that in first game against the Lakers (99:102 loss in OT) and he probably will. But I fully expect LAL as a team to stay close again.

These are the results for CSKA at home. They love to run on their home court and have all the weapons to do just that, as their leaders Rodriguez and De Colo are brilliant on offense and mediocre (at best) on defense. You just can not stop them, but you can exploit their defensive shortcomings. CSKA scored 90+ in 5/6 home games and Valencia will have to keep up. They are also very capable on offense and still underrated Euroleague force. I expect them to give a good fight to CSKA and it would be close to impossible without scoring 75+. 

Yes, Barcelona plays faster at home, but OLY will surely try to play slower and prevent Barcelona from running. They did it past few years and will do it again. During last three years, Barcelona scored more than 80 once against Olympiakos. During this season still no team managed that. Public seem to think it's Barcelona's time to win, as the line moved pretty hard for Euroleague game. And it might be so, but this O/U line for Barcelona is now against all odds.

Fenerbahce with Obradovic always gives priority to defence. But the key here is they play very good defence at home and Valencia likes to play slower pace away.

Partizan went to France without new aquisition Samuels and without Velickovic, that is why they are 11.5 underdogs. But Novica is not as important anymore and Samuels has only played one game for Partizan. On the other hand, Miler and Aranitović will return to the team.

This Lakers team showed they will fight every night, they lack real weapons and I do not expect them to become a really good team anytime soon, but they can certainly fight with most mid-tier teams. Jazz is a very good match-up for Lakers handi, as they play slow, they lack scoring and Rubio is suddenly one of their primary offensive weapons. Lonzo played a really bad game on his birthday yesterday, today will have an opportunity to make up for it.

I presume sooner or later Barca will respond and start playing much better, but I believe they don't deserve such handicaps right now. Murcia also has additional motivation, as they have two former Barcelona players in Oleson and Faverani. Atlanta is rebuilding, but they still have great coach and best player of both teams in Schroder. He will give hard time for Russell and in this game Nets will feel the absence of Lin much more than in the game against Magic.
Nets can play decent if other team also refuses to defend, but this won't be the case with Hawks.
It's a 45-55 game in favour of Hawks and value @2.24.

Early pick, but odds will drop. Rodney Hood suffered an injury and while it's not considered serious, he was not at full health before this one, so I expect him to miss at least this game. Without Hood, I see no way Jazz could keep up with OKC scoring wise, even playing the best defense they can.

OKC may still lack chemistry, but being individually very capable, should beat shorthanded Jazz even on a bad night. They also rested while Jazz just finished the game.

Handicap up to -4.0 playable, too.

Portland has impressive record since they acquired Nurkic. This year they are basically the same team with great chemistry. Nurkic is probable, on Suns Len is doubtful. Portland is a much deeper and more experienced team, home court does not make this even.

Most of the bettors seem to jump on Bucks, 'cause of Hayward terrible injury and Celtics b2b after the trip. But I believe they are still slight favourites at home and b2b games at this point of the season is even a positive. 
Milwaukee will play with Thon Maker at center and Celtics also play without "real" center, both play with extremely fast and versatile playmakers Irving and Antetokounmpo, I can't see how they would like to play positional basketball. I expect tempo pushing from both sides, many points off turnovers.
Boston has to play fast, as they only have 2-3 players on their roster who are actually good on defense. They were only 8/32 on 3pt shots and should be much better at home tonight.

I already wrote about Real this season, they will only get better, as they have even better team than last season. Lluull is important missing, but Campazzo and Doncic sharing his minutes is not a bad deal. CSKA kept almost the same team also. Well, almost is the key word here. They lost Teodosic and even Sergio Rodriguez can't replace him completely. Other thing - whole Real team knows Rodriguez very well and will limit him easier than they could do with Teo. 
Odds above 1.60 represents value and 1.8 just way too much. Handicap up to -3 playable, too.
