Question in motivation for Mornar Bar - they either take this or Champions League as a priority and my take is they won't prioritise Adriatic Cup.

Joventut will (most probably) miss some important players like Kulvietis and few others. Dinamo comes to fight and the most important thing is Joventut won the first game by 12, they don't even need a win. Surely, they will try to win, but handicap is just too big considering circumstances and that actual roster quality is not so far apart.

Supercopa Endesa - Gran Canaria 2017

At the moment Gran Canaria has much better chemistry, as only Gal Mekel joined a week before and he was the last one. They played the whole preparation as a complete team and had pretty good results. 

Now it's much different story with Real, as half of the team played at Eurobasket and some of them till the last day: Doncic, Randolph, Kuzmic. They joined the team only 2 days ago, Doncic is still questionable to play at all. Sergio Llull is injured, Causier was injured for half of preparation, too. Maciulis in very poor shape.
All in all, this is far from the team we are going to see later in the season and worth a shot considering the odds and Gran Canaria having much more motivation playing @home.

Question in motivation, always taking big underdog in such situations. For Russia third place would be a dream still, spaniards will still see it as a failure.

Not a single player in Italy's roster is able to stop Boban alone. That is why they will double him and try to prevent him getting the ball.
That is one thing, another is Boban playing time, he is unable to play more than 20 minutes and if Serbia will control the game, it can be even less. Slow pace and low scoring overall is also expected.

Just completely wrong odds - Shved made 12 assists last game where russians scored 101 in a perfect game against Croatia. It's very hard to expect similar offensive performance from Russia, as Greece is much better on defense. They are far from very good defensively, but still pretty solid compared to Croatia.
Last season with Khimki he averaged about 5 assists and if we count out the last game, in Eurobasket this year he made:

vs SRB 4
vs BEL 6
vs LAT 6
vs GBR 8

That is an average of 5.6 assists and having in mind Russia will have a difficult time scoring their average of 80 PPG, I see corect total at 5.5

This just became value for Slovenia, as public made them underdogs. There is not much time left, but to be fair this game can go either way and I expect it to be one of the best games of the tournament.
Both teams are hot and on the rise and one could argue that Latvia plays better team play, in the end I feel better duo of Dragic+Doncic should prevail. I feel the initial odds of 1.8-1.9 for Slovenia was just right.
Standart stake.

Spain yet again plays against big underdog and they already showed that they are comfortable playing "B game", as long as they are winning. They scored a ton against weak teams in the first round, but that was more about their opponents, not so much about spaniards. Germany will not give up so easily. They are a very well organized team and should not give up many fast break points, but they will also have hard time finding opportunities against Gasol/Hernangomez brothers and Rubio - all great defenders and they all match up great against Germany offense leaders. Spain offense is also not so fast anymore and it's much more about efficiency, not about volume.
To sum up - both teams know how to play and prefer smart "oldschool" basketball and fastest guy on both teams Schroder will have much harder game than any before in this Eurobasket.

• Scariolo is not fast in taking timeouts - usually lets his players to sort it out.
• Only time spaniards took first timeout in the first Q was very slow start 2-10 against Croatia.
• You have to take a break if Spain is on the run - otherwise Turkey risk letting the game go and taking home crowd out of it. Sipahi knows this.
• The odds are set as it should be more or less random outcome, which is not true.

I will be short here and try to be objective as possible. Finland is playing best basketball in years and will have good support even in Turkey. With Koponen healthy (as he now is), I rate Finland's roster every bit as good as Italy's. Italy will have a nightmare matchup with Markkanen, probably even more so than most of the teams in the competition in past games.
Italy has advantage in experience, but for the first half it's a pretty small factor, that's why my take is first half with a pretty generous full +2 points handicap from sbo.

France performance was very shaky in the group. Not a huge surprise considering multiple player losses.
So, they lost to Finland in OT, lost to Slovenia in a clear match with big difference in determination. They defeated greeks and poles, but both games had a good share of questions, too. Game with Greece was actually good, but it also showed that France is not capable to stay consistent for 40 minutes.
With Iceland.. quality difference is just too big to consider it somewhat important.

Now Germany had really good games in Group B. They lost a "won" match against Israel and gave up soon against Lithuania. Other than that, they showed a really mature approach to the game and tactic-wise they are really good. They are much more than just Schroder alone now. They are just a solid team.

Besides that, Germany played their matches in Israel, which is much closer to Turkey and very similar in climate, too. A bit different story with Finland, where France played group matches. This might be a minor advantage for germans, but still is.
8.5 handicap is just too much here, as I expect close game and still considering straight win, too.

Worth a small shot, as Croatia is second in group no matter they win or lose. Czechs are OUT, but they are not hopeless, probably will want to show that.

Odds are heading this way, as Olaseni has 16.5 average due to games against latvia and belgium, where he made 19/22 FG combined. I don't see it possible against big russian froncourt. In a similar example against Serbia, he scored 5 points on 2/5 shooting.

Israel is out and will only play for pride. But their game is usually fast and it should not change here. Ukraine on the other hand is a team built on defense and they can only hope for victory with good defensive effort. Ukraine can qualify if Italy beats Georgia. I expect them to be much more motivated in such case and slow down the tempo drastically. If Georgia wins and this game is only for pride for both, it's more or less correct line, but Ukraine is not capable on offense anyways.
